Currently, as a direct manager of designers and copywriters, I provide expert guidance not only in executing creative projects, but also in fostering their professional growth and development. I oversee creative for multiple brands including Redbox, Crackle, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Screen Media, 1091, and Halcyon. It is my responsibility for approving all artwork, while guiding the team to deliver an immense amount of deliverables within quick deadlines to ensure the brand's vision and strategic goals are met.

Early in my role I transitioned from in-office to lead a remote creative team. I had a crucial role in establishing a digital brief process and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Despite the movie industry slowdown, I focused on keeping existing content fresh. I spearheaded key projects, including a no-touch kiosk experience, branding for at-home theatrical movies, and the branding/marketing for a new AVOD business. Notably, I provided leadership in designing and directing the announcement of the company's NASDAQ listing. This experience showcased my adaptability and demonstrated my effective leadership in a dynamic environment.

Multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with quick turnaround was a daily requirement. I worked 1:1 with the senior copywriter to apply updated brand guidelines to web, mobile & tv apps, weekly e-mails, interactive promotional games, print, brand & sports partnerships, and broadcast commercials. Key initiatives I was responsible for were designing the Redbox Bowl branding, On Demand streaming awareness ad campaign, and brand partnerships with DoorDash & Uber Eats.

Key initiatives I contributed to included the Sears Parts Direct standalone store, Sears King of Prussia REIT remodel, and the Home Appliances Department remodel concept.

Responsibilities included designing presentations, website layouts, industry advertisements, and collateral, as well as directing a junior designer and copywriter. In addition, concepting, styling and directing photo shoots played an integral part in each project. Balancing heavy project workloads with tight deadlines was my daily experience. Key projects included the brand style guide for CtrlCenter, the Technology Department branding & in-store experience, and the creation of seasonal style guides & in-store experiences.

As part of a small in-house design team nestled within the visual merchandising department, I was responsible for creating all signage throughout the OfficeMax stores nationwide. Each week, I was responsible for creating 400+ promotional signs, which I later transformed into templates to automate the process within AccessVia. The automated signs increased overall team productivity and bandwidth. Meeting with print vendors and attending press checks were a weekly occurrence, as I had to bring seasonal campaigns, private-label brands and evergreen signage to life, through different techniques and substrates.
