The Parts Direct stores were looking a bit out-of-date and not meeting customer wants/needs. As part of the Strategic Initiatives Team within the Sears IMX creative team, I was asked to re-imagine the store experience. The first part of this re-imaging included relocating the Parts Direct store to reside within an existing main Sears department store. The second was a micro store that resided within the Home Appliances Department.

In existing stores where Parts Direct currently did not exist, it was proposed to include an endcap micro store that would reside within the home appliances department. Additional concepts included a back wall layout and an alternative placement within a Home Services area within the store.
